The Blade pleating machine is a machine used for Pleating the filter papers of various sizes. The machine is to be operated in workshops for preparing the various filter Papers.

The Marking Machines can mark in different pleat sizes with the option of setting the marking distance by operating on computer screen and the marking distance is accurately achieved by stepping motor. These machines can efficiently handle paper widths from 610mm to 1000 mm, with minimum pleat depth of 10mm and maximum pleat depth of 70 mm. and also have in them the facility to adjust the pleat depth and the marking impression. With operating power requirements of 3Ph, 50 hz, 440 V, 1k watts, these marking machines also come with option of crank to operate the marking blade.
