The Hot Plates for GT Filters come with two aluminum heated surfaces of 500 x 500mm, heating option of hot plate with UV cassette, maximum filter height of 950mm, facility of adjusting height to 200mm, maximum cap outer diameters of 500mm and wattage of each Heater of 1.5kw. Some other standard specifications of these filters include presence of eight heaters, alarm for indicating completion of cycle, presence of geared motors for lowering or raising top pressing platform, digital temperature controllers and indicators fitted with each hot plate as well as independent control panel for both hot plates so as to ensure smooth handling of involved operations.

Hot Melt Applicators for pleat edge sealing applications are available by us with electrically heated hose with temperature sensing controlling unit as well as three phase geared motor for the pump. These applicators come with cylindrical, conical filters with maximum filter - heights of 950mm diameter of 480mm, minimum inner diameters of 200mm, double dispensing head modes (working inside and outside simultaneously), ring, spiral patterns and hot melt tank capacity of 25ltrs. Some other standard specifications include tanks fitted with digital temperature indicator controlling devices, maximum hot melt operational temperatures of 200° C, two electrically heated Hoses fitted with temperature indicating controllers, two pneumatically operated, electrically heated dispensing nozzles and one DC drive fitted on filter mounting unit.
